VACATION RENTAL CONDITIONS

–        Check out 11 and  check in 4pm

–        Taxes and Service Charge 22.5% (Room Tax 12.5% + Environmental Tax  $3.50 p/night and 10% service charge)

–        $80 Check out cleaning 1 Bedroom

–        $125 Check out cleaning 2 bedroom

–        $140 Check out cleaning 3 bedroom

–        Guarantee deposit  1 bedroom – $150

–        Guarantee deposit 2-3  bedroom – $300

–        Unit must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival

–        25% Deposit is required when making reservation. Reservation need to be paid in full prior to arrival

         High Season

–        In high season period Dec 18 – April 18  , – 45 days prior to arrival reservation need to be paid in full.

–        If reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date – 50% of reservation is refundable.

–        Any day after the 30 days,  any  payment made to reservation is not refundable

         Low Season

–        One night non- refundable deposit to confirm reservation

–        If reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date – 100% of reservation is refundable.

–        Any day after the 14 days,  any  payment made to reservation is not refundable

LONG TERM RENTALS CONDITIONS

–        A Completed Rental application form filled in with references

–        Copy of Passport

–        Copy of residence permit if applicable

–        1 month rent in advance payment

–        1 month rent guarantee deposit for any loss or damage

–        $250 Utilities deposit for a 1 bedroom

–        $400 Utilities deposit for a 2-3 bedroom

–        $100 Check out Housekeeping Fee for 1 bedroom unit

–        $140 Check out Housekeeping Fee for 2 bedroom unit

–        $165 Check out Housekeeping Fee for 3 bedroom unit

–        Tenant has one parking space for use

–        All other community rules apply for long term tenant
